Had everything we needed, had a great time! Thank you very much! Positive: Breakfast was awesome! Negative: Not a great deal of parking but that was our fault as we didn’t have opportunity for carpool. Not a reflection on the management or property! A little bit loud for traffic on the busy highway but again, not much you can do as property manager!

Positive: I really like this accommodation, i use it alot when i am travelling. It is for me a home away from home. Negative: I noticed that the breakfast options aren't as good as they use to be. There use to be fresh fruit and a variety of teas which are no longer supplied and the bread in the fridge was quite old which is a shame.

The location is great & the rooms very spacious. We would definitely book the house again Positive: There was a good selection of cereals as well S fruit & yoghurt Negative: The directions or signage for each room from the car park

Positive: The bed was really comfortable, and I was grateful for the electric blanket as it was quite a cold weekend on my visit. The furniture was good quality and the bathroom was really spacious. Negative: There was meant to be gluten free options for me for breakfast - rice bubbles and cornflakes are poor options, and there was no gluten free bread. Otherwise, the range of coffee/tea, juices etc were great. Also, I was surprised at the level of noise from guests in the kitchen when they were washing up (both nights and two different groups). The noise was really loud, and did not seem muted at all - it sounded like it was right in my room, as the kitchen is the other side of the longest wall in my room. Both sets of guests did vacate the shared area by 9pm, which I was grateful for. Just a small thing - the slats of the blind on the patio side could not be opened, so needed to be pulled up to get light in.
