Awesome Place to stay. Busselton comfy and cosy place😊.. Positive: The whole place actually, it's really beautiful, comfortable, relaxing and cosy ☺️ I'll definitely recommend this place to all of my friends and family and comeback again in the future vacation 😊. Negative: To be honest the top blanket only, it kind a had off smell on it, probably it didn't dry properly, but the rest of it are all clean and tidy.

Will not stay again nor recommend to anyone. Positive: Modern facilities Negative: Check in procedure, parking and particularly DIRTY SHEET AND BLOOD STAINED PILLOW SLIP

Our stay at Baudins Busselton no Positive: Reasonably quiet. Close to town and beyond. Negative: Maybe fruit other than apples. Some of curtains were falling. That's being picky but first impressions count. Pillows were a little flat and should be replaced. Other quests staying were good and there was no problems with noise.

Great place to stay and close to everything we loved it. Positive: Best breakfast we have had included in the price, the shared facilities and private rooms were massive, had 2 separate dining tables and 2 separate lounge rooms, (so clean) we had everything we needed the same as if we were home, there's a laundry if you needed it and great Wi-Fi, it had outside seating and BBQ, ohh and if you like watching tv, there's a huge tv in every longe and bedroom, 6-minute walk down to Geographe bay beach. One of the nicest places we stayed at for the whole 2 weeks we were there and one of the cheapest. Negative: Absolutely nothing for us.
