Fab place to land for a 1 night stay, the other people staying were quiet at an appropriate time so we had a great sleep Positive: Very cosy and calm, our room and the shared area was clean and the bed very comfortable, great bathroom, laundry ect. Negative: I did ask for plant based milk pre arrival which was approved by management however it was never delivered so had to go down to shops ourselves. Just to be aware if you have dietary requirements.

Clean and functional. Positive: Very clean and functional. Easy check in. All the facilities you need, and a decent coffee machine which is always a bonus. Negative: Bit of a walk into town, probably best for drivers.

Just ok…. Positive: Well located. Had problems with communication - check in details were not sent on time, and both phone numbers were ringing out unanswered when I arrived. Was terribly overpriced, presumably due to surge pricing for school holidays.

Comfortable accommodation in need of an update. Positive: Baudins is a comfortable property within a half hour walk of the famous Busselton Jetty. Although it is located on Bussel Highway, our room was at the back so no traffic noise. The property has everything that you need for a short stay in Busselton and perfect for us as we only wanted one night before catching a plane the next morning. Best feature was the roomy shower and comfortable shared lounge and kitchen areas. Negative: Our room was pretty tired - bed linens were thin and a bit stained, the bedhead needed a clean as has oil marks from years of use, walls were scuffed and in need of a paint, the carpet and window furnishings all need an update. The furniture in the lounge area was of a similar era although comfortable. Potentially Baudins could be a great bed and breakfast if updated.
