great for family Positive: The place is clean & cozy and the location is quite near to the busselton jetty. The house have everything we need. Negative: The bed is too “soft” and no hot water between 10pm - 5am

A fantastic, central location we'd be happy to stay in again. Positive: Fantastic value for money. Great breakfast options. It felt homely and was all round a clean, comfortable place to stay. Previous places we've stayed sometimes have a stale kind of smell and were in need of renovations or repairs. Baudins smelt fresh and clean, was in great order and had a lot of thoughtful inclusions as well as local information available. Negative: We were in Rm 4 - it could be quite noisy when other people lock or unlock or let go of the front door.

Positive: Nothing to not like. Negative: We had a small problem with the checkin procedure, but this was quickly rectified with a phone call.

Positive: It was very clean, cozy and pleasant place. The bathroom was great, specially the shower. Negative: If it had been a bit closer to the Jetty (walking) or at least a bit further from the highway it would have been a 10.

Excellent facilities well presented. Positive: The breakfast had a good selection all easy to find and access. Negative: Nothing stood out that we didnt like.
