Positive: Location is great and the layout of the property and size of the rooms are excellent. Negative: I made the comment last time I stated that the mattress was old and no longer comfortable and needs replacing but nothing has changed in two years. The linen and towels are also really old so the property is going downhill and the cost no longer represents the excellent value it once did.

Positive: La pulizia, la stanza grande. Lavatrice gratis. Negative: Per la colazione ci sono cose da mangiare in frigo, tutto fai da te e con poca scelta, il latte era scaduto. Abbiamo avuto problemi con i parcheggi, non c'erano abbastanza parcheggi per tutti gli ospiti. L'asciugatrice sfortunatamente non funzionava.

After checking in issues, the rest of the stay was good. Positive: Good provision of breakfast options Good location Negative: We had issue checking in at 8:30 pm. The door code didn’t work and there is no onsite assistance. The after hours number went to a different location. The person manning the after hours calls was helpful but the after hours manager that was supposed to assist was unable to be contacted. We had to wait 45 minutes to be able to access our room.

Okay Positive: Was fair Negative: Clothes dryer wasn’t working & when the message was left it said owner aware.

Negative: Our room wasn't made up so needed to call and get that made up. Other guests arrive and their rooms were not changed either. No one came to fix their room up which is really, really disappointing. If you have a B&B you should always have staff to assist you whenever especially when duties have not been completed. A great stay but that really put a downer on the stay
