After checking in issues, the rest of the stay was good. Positive: Good provision of breakfast options Good location Negative: We had issue checking in at 8:30 pm. The door code didn’t work and there is no onsite assistance. The after hours number went to a different location. The person manning the after hours calls was helpful but the after hours manager that was supposed to assist was unable to be contacted. We had to wait 45 minutes to be able to access our room.

Okay Positive: Was fair Negative: Clothes dryer wasn’t working & when the message was left it said owner aware.

Negative: Our room wasn't made up so needed to call and get that made up. Other guests arrive and their rooms were not changed either. No one came to fix their room up which is really, really disappointing. If you have a B&B you should always have staff to assist you whenever especially when duties have not been completed. A great stay but that really put a downer on the stay

Positive: Location was great to access the town. The cleanliness and facilities. Negative: Signage at night made it difficult to spot as one was not familiar with the place.

it was nice but not the WOW factor Positive: The location and the house were alright, pretty spacious and had good Wi-Fi. The bathroom shower and the plug-in lights for the night were a great idea; thank you Negative: We didn't have breakfast, the kitchen benches and sink were not clean, including the dishes, glasses, etc., the place is run down and needs a bit of TLC, and repairs up to the standard, its looks very neglected, we left Thursday morning, the management should let us now if some other guests are staying, some ants were also in the kitchen, that put us of to have breakfast, it's disappointing with such a nice house and facilities ,
